RESEARCH INTEREST & COLLABORATION
My research interests lie with Knowledge management, value co-creation, social media and cloud. I am particularly interested in KM application, factors and how KM can be applied in service innovation activities. My recent research also includes digital libraries, information literacy, information seeking behavior, service quality assurance and Webometrics.

I am continuing to design and conduct studies on knowledge management, innovation, cloud and information seeking behavior. Along with my published articles in journals, conference proceedings and book chapters, I have a series of working papers in various stages.  My collaboration with Professor Mitsuru Ikeda & Dr. Keita Tsuji in Japan resulted in papers focusing on KM and service innovation in libraries. My collaboration with Dr. Naresh Agarwal of Simmons College has focused on KM tools, knowledge retention and transfer, value co-creation and social media. In collaboration with Dr. Luciana Duranti, I have a ACU fellowship grant to examine tecching and learning records in the commercial cloud with emphasis given to a developing country. As a collaborator, I am also working with InterPARES Trust project with the North American team.
