Research Experience:

 

Research work was carried out during Master of Pharmacy degree in Bio-pharmaceutics Research Laboratory in the University of Dhaka, on “Bovine Serum Albumin Binding of Salbutamol & Amoxycillin”. Three papers were published from this work. Carried out a research for about three years (October, 2000 ~ September, 2003) during Ph.D. program and submitted a thesis entitled “Quantitative Determination of Microbial Biomass in Soil Environment & Bacterial Activity by Real-Time PCR Approach. Professor Kiminori Itoh,  Yokohama National University, Graduate School of Environment & Information Sciences,  Yokohama , Japan, was the supervisor. A total of three papers were published from this work. Recently carried out research work in the field of Drug –Protein Interaction, Molecular Biology and the Quality Control of Herbal Medicine .

 

Instrumental Expertise:

 

Capable of handling UV & IR spectrophotometer, Electrophoresis & Real-Time PCR Machine.
