1983 till date Teaching at Department of Psychology, University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Teaching courses on Introduction to Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and Consumer Behavior to first year, third year, and fourth year honors, masters final year and M. Phil students. Other than taking classes, responsibilities include the supervisor of laboratory experiments, research supervision of Honors, Masters and M.Phil students, administrative duties such as member of examination committee, which includes arranging for examinations and publication of results.

1999 till 2004  North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh in BBA and MBA program as part time faculty.

2002 till date  Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in BBA program as part time faculty. Dhaka.

2002 till date  BGMEA Institute of Fashion Design Technology (BIFT) as a part time faculty.

ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE

(i) Worked as a part-time house tutor, Roqueyia Hall, University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Hall management is including the student’s welfare.

(ii) Organizing and managing the sports and games of Roqueyia Hall and Department of Psychology, D.U.

COUNSELLING EXPERIENCE

(i) Worked as psychological counselor with distressed women and children at Bangladesh Jatio Mohila Aingibi Shangstha (BJMAS).

(ii) Worked with women and children under judicial custody and living in shelter homes run by the Bangladesh National Women Lawyers Association.

(iii) Working as an independent counselor.

COMPUTER WORKING EXPERIENCE

(i) Experienced in working with computer on the software Microsoft Word, SPSS on Windows.

OTHER EXPERIENCES

(i) Worked as a consultant to the BRAC - ICDDR, B joint projects on rural development, health interventions as well as resultant impacts. Contributed to the development of research design, questionnaire framing, conducting survey, data processing and report writing. Also, assisted in the training of field staff.

(ii) Worked as a consultant to the Deep (NGO) project on rural development, health interventions.

(iii) Worked as a consultant to the UNICEF on Women Friendly Hospital project.

(iv) Working as a consultant  at Bangladesh Krira Sangstha Parishad (BKSP) as a Sport Psychologist.

(v) Worked as a consultant  at Asiatic Marketing Communication Ltd. as a specialist in Business Psychology.

(iii) Participated in the 2nd International Conference sponsored by the South Asian Association of Psychologists (SAAP) and Department of Psychology, University of Delhi on Contemporary and Emerging Challenges in Health Psychology held at the University of Delhi, India on February 26-28, 1999.

(iv) Participated in the International Psychological Conference on Violence Against Women and Children jointly hosted by The Department of Psychology, University of Dhaka and the British Council, Dhaka on February 6th to 8th, 1999.

(v) Attended 10th Bi-Annual Psychological Conference hosted by University of Dhaka and Bangladesh Psychological Association, Dhaka 1999.

(vi) Attended 13th Asian Conference on Mental Retardation sponsored by Asian Federation for Mentally Retarded (AFMR) held in Dhaka, November 15-21 1997.
